Andi Cross is a marketing strategy, operations and business development professional with over 10 years of experience. Holding roles at both large-scale and start-up organizations, Andi has started businesses from the ground up, running and scaling them for success. With a focus on innovation, she has helped some of the world's leading brands redefine their marketing approach to adapt to the ever-changing landscape and to deliver on key business objectives.  

Andi is VP of Strategic Growth at Huge—a digital transformation and marketing agency. In her role, she oversees the global business development team and strategic operations group. Her core function is to ensure the 12 offices within the network are on track for rapid growing, while also focusing on operationalizing the business development discipline around the world. Additionally, Andi develops and executes holistic marketing strategies for early-stage startups. The founders she aligns with might not have the background, knowledge or resources to build a strategic marketing approach, allowing Andi to become an extension of their leadership team. 

Prior to this, Andi was Director of Strategy & Business Development at Axcess Worldwide—a marketing strategy startup with expertise in the luxury & lifestyle space. She helped transform the business into a full-service agency that expands beyond luxury & lifestyle into the world of mass marketing.  During her time at Axcess Worldwide, she co-founded a lifestyle company—Bad Kids Collective—that ran successfully for five years. The company focused on dance music culture in major metropolitan markets, and was comprised of three units—event production, apparel and a social platform. The business was started entirely online and expanded due to its loyal following consisting of fans, DJs, influencers and partners alike. 

Andi has held roles at Ogilvy & Mather in Marketing & Business Development and Victoria's Secret Beauty in Product Development & Creative Operations. She graduated from The George Washington University with a B.B.A, focusing on marketing, advertising and psychology.
